In order to help you and your organization, we will interview the people involved, help you determine the necessary skill sets, match the desired skill sets with the available skills, work with you on creating the optimal organization for your environment and advise on any training needs. All the processes in the world won't make a dysfunctional organization work effectively. The organization itself has to work.

We'll work with you regarding managing successfully in a technical environment, with particular emphasis on managing a testing team. We’ll walk through the life cycle of employment, from the recruiting/hiring process all the way to terminations, advising on any troublesome areas.
