General Consulting Services

TAC offers a wide range of consulting services. Our goals are to

Problems may come from a variety of sources, including organization structure, personnel, software lifecycle issues (what? No requirements?), testing issues, quality issues and myriad others. TAC consultants draw on their substantial experience to work with you to find solutions that will work in your environment. We'll sort through the tactical and strategic issues and help you make a realistic schedule for change. We'll also help you solicit management support.
